  • I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address presenting symptoms and provide a framework for clients to understand how their thoughts influence their feelings and behaviors. My relational approach is a collaborative and interactive experience that begins with a thorough intake process to help form a treatment plan based on your individual needs.

  • Therapy sessions are $225 for a 45-minute session. Like many specialized clinicians, I am an out-of-network provider. I aim to make the insurance process as straightforward as possible by offering to verify your out-of-network benefits during our consultation call and managing the insurance reimbursement on your behalf. Additionally, once your deductible is met, you have the option to pay only your out-of-network copay rate instead of the full fee upfront. With this option, there is a 5% service fee, which goes directly to our reimbursement processing partner.

Questions you may want to ask your insurance company:

Do I have “out-of-network” mental health coverage?

What is my mental health deductible?

How much will I be reimbursed?

  • Therapy sessions are scheduled weekly. Biweekly sessions are offered for clients who have met the majority of their treatment goals and are looking to space out sessions before ending treatment.

  • To cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours advanced noticed is required. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a $115 late cancellation fee.

*Teletherapy: All sessions are currently conducted virtually using a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
