I am dedicated to offering a space where you are seen and heard, a space where you feel comfortable to explore challenges and struggles, and a space where you can confront and contain your fears and worries, and create the momentum to achieve your aspirations. You are your agent of change and I can help you create the life you want to live.
I view the therapeutic space and relationship between therapist and client as a microcosm of how you interact with yourself and others. Therapy sessions are a working and collaborative safe space to help gain insight into relational patterns and dynamics and create a bridge between where you are and where you would like to be.

I have experience in managing conflict, nurturing relationships, and promoting healing and renewal. I earned a dual master’s degree from Columbia University, one in Clinical Psychology and one in Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic style integrates a relational approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), two evidence-based practices that are effective in treating anxiety and depression by focusing on how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my rescue dog, Daisy, playing cards, and exploring new places.
